Do you ever wish that you had captured the magical moments with your youth group but were busy doing 5 other jobs on the day?! This workshop will look at simple and effective techniques to help you take higher quality and more effective photographs of your projects in action, so that you have impressive documents and images to show potential funders etc – and also to record for posterity the magic that took place on the day!

* Participants must supply their own digital camera.

This course will be designed specifically for youth workers to get more from their digital camera. We will be looking at all the functions of the camera and discovering when and why these should be used in order to record events, print and email photos, and digitally enhance your images.
The course will also cover composition, flash and camera settings to ensure we get the maximum from our cameras. We will be looking at techniques for indoor and outdoor photography. Over the course of one day we will discover the reason behind the most common mistakes and seek to make sure we know how and when to get the image we want.

This course promises to be a fun and informative experience for all involved.
