Training for youth workers and youth arts practitioners is an important part of what NYCI’s Arts Programme does. Courses are designed to respond to the identified needs of youth workers and youth arts practitioners in working with young people. Our training courses are delivered by professional arts facilitators with extensive experience of working with young people. Our aim is to support individuals and organisations in developing the particular skills and experience needed to deliver successful arts-based projects and programmes with young people.
