The first series of articles in this year’s IN2 explores the area of partnership in youth arts. Partnerships between organisations working in this sector are becoming increasingly common. The opportunity to share expertise, skills and resources is one of the most significant reasons for the development of partnerships.




Keep Things Going: Managing your Youth Arts Projects (NYCI Training)

This one day training will explore the essential aspects of managing youth arts projects, with a particular focus on troubleshooting problems if they arise.

How to Make a Film with Young People

Following on from the highly successful 1 day course in filmmaking with young people last November, Kildare County Council Arts Service is offering a 6 week filmmaking course beginning in May 2010.




Creative Methodologies in Global Education

This training course has been designed for youth workers, community workers, artists, volunteers and educators as an introduction to creative methodologies in Global Education.




Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon Young Ensembles Scheme

Applications are invited for activities beginning between July 1st and December 31st 2010 and completed by June 30th 2011.




Waterford Youth Arts Programme (April-May)

Waterford Youth Arts (formerly known as Waterford Youth Drama) is a youth and community arts resource which enables young people to participate in creative activity as a means of self-expression and development in a safe, professional and enjoyable environment.




Coming up at The Ark, A Cultural Centre for Children

The Ark, Europe's first custom-built Children's Cultural Centre, programmes, promotes and hosts high quality cultural work which is by children, for children and about children. The Ark is a charitable organisation, founded on the principle that all children, as citizens, have the same cultural entitlements as adults.
